Zeno Limited is a specialist independent provider of innovative and dynamic services for adults with a learning disability and associated developmental impairments, including people on the autistic spectrum. Your role will be to support them to lead active and fulfilling lives. We are always looking for people who share our ethos and who will work to promote people’s independence through a person centred approach and who enjoy activities such as hiking, swimming, canal cruising, horse riding, canoeing, cycling, football, rock climbing and other outdoor activities. You must have an enthusiastic nature, a flexible approach and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care. Experience of working with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour would be advantageous, but is not essential.

A full training package is provided for all employees, tailored to your level and drive. On average all employees complete eight days training each year.
