Personalised Weekly Programmes

Zeno creates bespoke weekly programmes for each person we support guided by our values, where every activity is tailored to the individual’s goals, abilities, and preferences, ensuring comfort, enjoyment, and meaningful engagement.

Our programmes include regular walks in beautiful locations like Delamere Forest and the Peak District. These group walks, tailored to each person’s fitness level, offer not only physical exercise but also valuable social interaction.

Therapeutic and Sensory Activities

Saturdays often include outings like trips to National Trust parks or beach picnics, helping supported individuals experience variety and connect with nature.

Swimming is a weekly highlight, offering sensory benefits and physical exercise. We use three specialised hydro pools designed for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, featuring adjustable lighting, bubbles, and jet-streams for a personalised, calming experience.

We also partner with Jump Space to provide exclusive trampoline and sensory sessions three times a week. These sessions promote independence through tailored opportunity and learning plans that encourage choice and active engagement.

Supportive, Safe Participation

Each supported person is accompanied by their dedicated support staff during group sessions, ensuring safe, supervised use of all equipment and active participation alongside familiar and trusted people.

Unique Experiences and Seasonal Activities

Many of our supported people take part in horse-related activities such as grooming, riding, groundwork, and even dressage competitions. These sessions build confidence, responsibility, and a deep sense of connection.

During the summer months, we also run peaceful boat day trips. These outings offer therapeutic relaxation in serene environments, surrounded by scenic views—an experience our supported people look forward to every year.
