Our supported living services are designed to help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring they have access to the specific support they need. For those who communicate their needs through complex or behaviours that challenge, we collaborate closely with families, health professionals, social and private landlords, court appointed deputies to develop customised living environments that support people to achieve stable, long-term housing arrangements wherever possible and within familiar communities.
Many individuals with a learning disability thrive in supported living arrangements, where care staff are available 24 hours a day. What’s most important is that our supported living services deliver the same high standards of quality care and personalised support as our residential homes—the care is just as exceptional; only the setting differs.
