Peter Cammack

Director/Registered Manager
The quality of the care and services we provide, is based on a foundation of employing the right people, engaging the people we support, and their family, to become a single team with a single focus. Our approach encourages collaboration, engenders good relationships, and gives all individuals the space to thrive. My role is simply to help facilitate this, embracing positive changes, removing where possible the administrative burden from the teams delivering the care and ensuring the processes are in place to enable our goals to be achieved.

Andrew Milne

Director
I’ve worked with Zeno since February 2008 and came to the company as a Support Worker for 11 months. It gave me a great insight into what the company stood for and the amazing dedication and determination the Zeno staff have to make sure our supported people are well cared for, they are safe and supported to live as independently as possible. I then became the Business Administrator and then the HR Manager. As the HR Manager for Zeno Ltd I am now based in head office and deal with the staffing side of the business.

Gaynor Mummery

My main career before having children was as an IT Consultant and later a Management Consultant working primarily on benefits systems contracted into government agencies. My current role draws on many of the skills I have acquired over the years and this is rather a diverse and multi-faceted role. I do the vast majority of the recruitment of Support Workers and strive to improve the calibre of people that we recruit. Well trained, longer term members of staff are key to the smooth running of our services and a recognised asset of the company.
