As the Accounts Executive, I am responsible for overseeing all financial processes, and ensuring we maintain good financial practises. I oversee all finances for the people we support and ensure that we agree budgets which work in their best interests and then that the teams work within these budgets. We review all transactions ensuring money spent is appropriate for the individuals and within set guidelines.
As a recruitment manager my responsibility is to attract candidates for permanent positions and make the recruitment process smooth across all services in Zeno. Building relationships is key as you gain a better understanding of the candidates needs and requirements. I have over 7 years experience doing a role I am very passionate about.
As the HR business partner, I am based in head office. I work to ensure that our managers and staff team have access to HR advice & guidance. I provide support over the phone, by email and face to face. I also support the recruitment strategy and look forward to working closely with our Deputies to the Registered Manager to find and place staff where they are most needed.
