    My role is to direct and manage the overall service. I work with each service user directly on service commencement to establish the compatibility of each service user to each service. I have  worked with people with mild to severe learning disabilities with mental health problems and who exhibit challenging and complex behaviour for fifteen years. As the founder of Zeno, I have a wide range of experience and professional training within the learning disability field. I have an MSc psychology & disability degree and I am a registered manager at NVQ level IV for the learning disability field.
