References will be obtained from previous employers/ training providers and character referees to support your application.
You will need to provide contact details for your referees so these references can be obtained. Zeno will obtain the references directly from the company/ training provider and will need to verify that they have been independently supplied.
If an adverse reference is received, this will be discussed with the Registered Manager’s Team before a decision is made on whether the applicant can be employed. Further references may be sought and discussions with the applicant undertaken to inform this decision.
